At Leadership Education And Development ("we," "us," or "our"), we strive to deliver exceptional value through our services, including leadership training, DISC assessments, and team-building workshops. To maintain the integrity and personalized nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds or returns for any services purchased.
No Refunds or Returns

All payments for services, including DISC assessments, individual or group debriefs, and leadership workshops, are final and non-refundable.

This applies to all formats, whether delivered in-person, virtually, or via digital tools.

We encourage you to review service details in your booking confirmation or contact us before purchasing to ensure the service meets your needs.
Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled at our discretion, subject to availability, but no refunds will be issued.

No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the full payment.
Exceptional Circumstances
If we cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facilitator unavailability), we will offer rescheduling or, at our sole discretion, a credit for future services. No cash refunds will be provided.
