Welcome to Leadership Education And Development ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including leadership training, DISC assessments, and team-building workshops. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Description

We provide professional development services, including DISC assessments, individual or group debrief sessions, and leadership games, delivered in-person or virtually. Specific details, including scope, duration, and fees, will be outlined in your booking confirmation or invoice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using them, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Fees and Payment

• Fees are as quoted in your confirmation. DISC assessments range from $40–$90 (self-report), $200–$300 (with one-on-one debrief), or $500–$1,000 (group debrief for 5–10 people).

• Payment is due upfront via credit card or within 30 days via invoice.

• Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly fee. We may suspend services for non-payment.

• Prices exclude taxes; you are responsible for applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be notified 48 hours in advance for a full refund (minus processing fees).

• No-shows or late cancellations forfeit payment.

• We may cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, offering rescheduling or refunds at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, including DISC assessments, leadership game content, and training guides, are our property or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use during the service. No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use services ethically and lawfully.

• Provide accurate information.

• Respect confidentiality of other participants. Prohibited: Harassment, unauthorized recording, or sharing proprietary content.

7. Confidentiality

We protect your personal and session data. You agree not to disclose others’ information from sessions. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate access for breach of Terms. Upon termination, obligations like payment and confidentiality survive.

11. Governing Law
